When it comes to HD and SD live event distribution across multiple platforms, the CMC has you covered. Our team of dedicated professionals brings extensive experience in live event services to meet your needs from beginning to end. The CMC currently acquires, integrates, and distributes more than 17,000 live and recorded events per year for customers including out-of-market pay-per-view sports packages for MLB, NBA, NHL, and MLS as well as boxing, WWE, UFC, Tour de France, and other high-profile events.
In addition to satellite and fiber transmission of live events, we also provide live and on-demand streaming services.
The CMC's full-service live events broadcasting group has the flexibility to scale your solution as changing needs dictate. This group handles a multitude of functions for live events including:
- Live commercial insertion
- Live switching capabilities
- Customized graphics and branding insertion
- English and/or Spanish audio
- Closed captioning
- Communication and facilitation between remote sites
- One-on-one staff coverage and monitoring
- Immediate replay and tape-delay capability for live media
The CMC's on-site teleport houses 29 antennas dedicated to the occasional satellite uplink and downlink services required to support large-scale and frequent live events.
