24-Hour Customer Support

The Operations Management Center (OMC) is the communications and monitoring center for the Comcast Media Center. Our team of 24/7 technicians continuously examines all signals that are originated and transmitted from our facilities while using specialized equipment to identify and alarm us to outages or other anomalies.

The OMC is responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, which serve to track trends and prevent future occurrences of problems.
